A savoury oatmeal bowl with an egg and tomatoes, drizzle with coconut oil. This bowl has a great combination of healthy fats, protein and carbohydrates. Everything our body needs is in it!

Savoury Oats
(Serves 1)
INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
Sunny side up/Poached Egg
Cherry Tomatoes
Coconut Oil
Salt & Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add water to oats
- Cook on low fire and stir occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm, topped with egg, tomatoes and a drizzle of coconut oil.
TIP: Add other ingredients to your liking such as avocado, bacon, chia seeds or cheese.
