Savoury Oats (Serves 1)
INGREDIENTS: 1 Cup Water 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats Sunny side up/Poached Egg Cherry Tomatoes Coconut Oil Salt & Pepper
Add water to oats
Cook on low fire and stir occasionally.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve warm, topped with egg, tomatoes and a drizzle of coconut oil.
TIP: Add other ingredients to your liking such as avocado, bacon, chia seeds or cheese.
