Quinoa Salad

Quinoa is gluten-free, high in protein and one of the few plant foods that contain sufficient amounts of all nine essential amino acids!
Add them to your salad for a healthy boost~

Quinoa Salad


(for 1-2 pax)

1/2 cup of quinoa

1 cup of water

A handful of lettuce

A handful of cherry tomatoes

1/2 stick of cucumber (cut into cube)

A handful of croutons

1 clove of crashed garlic

A handful of mint, coriander and parsley (chopped)

1 tsp of Radiant Organic Apple Cider

1 tsp of Radiant Organic toasted sesame oil

2 Tbsp of Radiant Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

One pinch of Brittany sea salt

Some black pepper



  1. Boil quinoa until cooked and fluffy. Cool it down.
  2. Prepare a salad bowl.
  3. Put in lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, croutons, crashed garlic, chopped herbs.
  4. Put in all the seasoning. Toss the salad until all come together.
  5. Serve!
