Oatmeal Waffles
Delicious, light and fluffy, these oatmeal waffles is the perfect breakfast or brunch meal! Made with Wholesome ingredients and without refined sugars, this healthy waffles are great to kickstart your day~
OATMEAL WAFFLES
(Serves 6)
INGREDIENTS :
A
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1cup quick oat
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
B
2 eggs
360ml milk
80g melted butter
2 TBSP coconut palm sugar
INSTRUCTIONS :
- Combine ingredient A in a large bowl and set aside
- In a small bowl, put in all Ingredient B and mix well.
- Pour B to A, mixed well and pour on to waffle maker.
- Serve with fresh fruits, yoghurt or ice cream.
