Nutty Oats Ice Cream
Craving for healthy dessert ? You can always include this in your fitness meal~
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cups unsweetened soy milk / oat milk
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1/4 cup regular rolled oats
- 2/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Soak rolled oats
- Blend milk cashews until smooth then add in the remaining ingredients, including the oats, and blend
- Refrigerate the mixture until chilled (anywhere from 2 hours to overnight)
- Churn with ice cream maker and freeze for 3 - 4 hours before serving
