Honey Muffins

A fluffy muffins with the aroma of honey is the best to pair with your tea or coffee ~ 
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 egg


  1. Preheat oven to 400 °F. Line 12 cup muffin tin with paper liners or spray with a non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, butter, honey, and egg.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and, using a rubber spatula, fold together until no dry ingredients remain.
  5. Divide the batter evenly between the muffin cups. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then remove to a wire rack.
