Fresh Mango Lassi

Lassi is that one refreshing drink which is loved and relished by many people. Adding it to your diet can do wonders to your health too!

*Lassi provides you with bulk muscle, proteins, and healthy bones!

FRESH MANGO LASSI

[2 servings]

 

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups Natural yogurt

1 cup Mango (peeled, diced)

3 – 4 tbsp Organic Honey

3 – 4 *Ice cubes

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Blend all ingredients till smooth and silky.
  2. Serve cold!

 

TIPS: Use cold mango from the refrigerator instead of using ice cubes in order not to dilute the flavour of the mango lassi. Another alternative is to use milk ice cubes.
