Easy Breakfast Smoothie
Make breakfast easy with this healthy breakfast smoothies!
2 Tbsp Soy Protein Powder
1 Tbsp Flaxseed
1 tsp Kokoa Powder
2 tsp sweetener (sugar, honey)-Optional
250ml water or milk
Blend for 30 sec. Add in quick oats and let it soak for 5 minutes. Healthy, filling and delicious breakfast smoothies is ready.
