Chia Seed Noodles in Chicken Bone Broth
Fun fact: Bone broth is a source of gelatin, which may break down into collagen in the body. This is especially important in the joints. Consuming bone broth may be a good way to add gelatin to the diet, which may help protect these joints.
Chia Seed noodles
250ml bone broth (click here for recipe)
1. Defrost bone broth and bring to a boil. Add in chicken breast and cook for 10 minutes.
2. Remove chicken breast from the broth, shred and set aside.
3. Cook noodles as package's instructions.
4. Lay shredded chicken on top of the noodle, and pour the broth over. Serve immediately.
Tips : Chives or bok choy go well this recipe.
