Basic Chia Pudding

Add one more healthy, easy and filling snack to your daily line-up: chia pudding!
The process of making chia pudding is so easy~



[Serves 2]



  • 240ml – 360ml Milk of your choice (Use less milk if you prefer thicker pudding)
  • 4 tbsp Chia seed
  • 1½ tbsp  Maple syrup / Honey



  1. Mix all ingredients and set aside for at least 40 minutes to soak or place it in the fridge overnight.
  2. Serve with smoothie or yogurt, or simply your favourite fruits and granola!
