Add one more healthy, easy and filling snack to your daily line-up: chia pudding!
The process of making chia pudding is so easy~
BASIC CHIA PUDDING
- 240ml – 360ml Milk of your choice (Use less milk if you prefer thicker pudding)
- 4 tbsp Chia seed
- 1½ tbsp Maple syrup / Honey
- Mix all ingredients and set aside for at least 40 minutes to soak or place it in the fridge overnight.
- Serve with smoothie or yogurt, or simply your favourite fruits and granola!
