Banana Oat Breakfast Cookies

Simple, hassle free but oh-so filling! These Banana Oat Cookies are a nutritious easy-to-go recipe that's great for breakfast, tea or just to snack on!


INGREDIENTS
2 Bananas mashed
50g Rolled Oat
50g Quick Oat
30g chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Mix all ingredients and place into muffin tray.
  • Bake at 180'c for 15 minutes.

 

Gluten-free, vegan, and nutritious, they make a perfect snack for any time of the day!
