Avocado Milkshake

Are you an Avocado lover ? There's nothing not to love about this creamy and rich textured food. 

Want to enjoy a nutritious and yummy drink? How about making Avocado into milkshake - and sweeten it with a healthier option of maple syrup or honey. You won't regret it.

Avocado is originally packed with full nutrients ! By adding healthy sweetener and protein it provides a full boost to your body.  

[2 servings]


1 Ripe avocado
2 cups Unsweetened Oat Milk (Or any milk of your choice)
4 tbsp Honey / Maple syrup
1 tbsp *Soy protein (Optional)


  1. Blend all ingredients till smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve cold!

*Add additional ½ cup of milk and slightly more honey if soy protein is used.

Use cold avocado and cold milk from the refrigerator instead of using ice cubes in order not to dilute the flavour of the milkshake. Another alternative is use milk ice cubes.
