TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The “FEAST OF FORTUNE WITH RADIANT” Is Organized by Radiant Wholefood
Duration: 1st Jan – 15th Feb 2022

• Grand prize winner x3 will be drawn and selected by Radiant Wholefood. Winners will walk away with a Le Creuset 3pc set (Round French Oven + Oval Dish + Venus Spatula) worth RM2408 and RWF Products worth RM100.
• RWF Products worth RM88 will be rewarded to X10 consolation prize winners.


1. Eligibility
1.1 All Radiant Wholefood customers are eligible to participate in this contest.
1.2 To be eligible to participate in the contest:
• Be 18 years of age and above;
• Proof of purchase of Radiant products RM30 in a single receipt within contest duration

2. Contests Details & Prize Redemption:
2.1 Prizes:

2.2 Steps to join the contest:
• Purchase of any Radiant Wholefood products of RM30 in a single receipt to entitle ONE (1) entry
• Scan QR code available on the in-store display and submit your details into form or WhatsApp to 0179499076 name & receipt photo
• Keep your receipt for proof of purchase
• All done!

2.3 Contest winners will be contacted by Radiant Wholefood team. The winner is required to show proof of purchase before prizes can be sent out.
• The winners will be contacted by Radiant via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate. If Radiant does not receive a response from the winner within FIVE (5) days from the time and date of contact, Radiant Wholefood reserves the right to cancel the winner's entry.
• Proof of purchase must consist of Radiant Products worth of RM30 in a single receipt within the date of contest 1st Jan – 15th Feb 2022.
• Once details have been confirmed, Radiant Wholefood will arrange delivery of prize to the respective winners.

2.4 Each winner will only be entitled to win only ONE (1) unit of the prize item.

3. Rights of the Organizer
3.1 If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned by reason of, but not limited to, bugs or technical failures, Radiant Wholefood reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the contest and select the winners at its sole discretion and disqualify anyone who, in their opinion, has tampered with or disrupted the entry process or operation of this contest or violated the rules.

3.2 All participants entering this contest agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set by Radiant Wholefood.

3.3 Radiant Wholefood reserves the right to:
• Substitute the prize with others of similar value without prior notice.
• Use your image for marketing, advertising and/or related purposes
• Publish winners’ personal details for promotional or publicity purposes without prior notice and amend or revise some or all the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

Disclosure
• Radiant Wholefood has the rights to change the date and time for winners announcement and participation submission.
• By participating in the Feast of Fortune with Radiant Contest, you indicate that you accept these guidelines and terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. Any violations of these terms and conditions shall make the user liable for any breach and shall lead to forfeiture of any prize and or benefit arising from participating in the contest.
• RADIANT WHOLEFOOD shall have the right at its sole discretion to retain and use any or all comments, suggestions, data or other information contributed by a user to the Feast of Fortune with Radiant contest in current or future products or services without further compensation to the user. By signing up for the contest, each user hereby assigns to Radiant Wholefood all his/ her intellectual rights in any picture, video and or information submitted/ uploaded in relation to the contest.
• Phone numbers are only collected to enable Radiant Wholefood to contact participants in line with the terms and conditions of the competition, and will not be stored or shared externally
• The decision of the Organizer is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
• Prizes are neither redeemable nor exchangeable for cash.
