Our Assurance On Food Safety
The Management is committed and regards our customers’ safety as utmost important. We strive to produce and provide safe food products for our customers. We achieve this by implementation of HACCP food safety system thus ensuring that our products, its ingredients and its respective processes conform to the 7 principles of the HACCP system. Resources needed are identified and provided for the development and continuous improvement of the HACCP food safety system.
We identity all potential hazards in our raw materials and in each of the processing steps. We then determine the preventive and control measures for each of the identified hazards, including practising GMP as an important pre-requisite program to HACCP food safety system.
We are humbled with our latest achievement in our Quality Assurance effort by receiving our ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System on 31st December 2021 certified by SGS (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd after our HACCP and GMP Certifications (certified since 2009).

ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System, HACCP and GMP
ISO 22000:2018 is designed to ensure safe food supply chains from raw materials (from farm) up-to consumer. As food safety hazards can enter the food chain at any stage, ISO 22000 act as a Food Safety Defence against possible food contaminants through effective food safety systems operated within the framework of a quality management system that is incorporated into the overall management activities of the organization.
HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) on the hand, is a systematic approach to identifying and controlling three main types of hazards (i.e. microbiological, chemical or physical) that could pose a danger to the preparation of safe food. It involves controlling the safety of ingredients and supplies coming into a food business and what is done with them thereafter.
GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) is a PRP (Prerequisite Programe) is a basic and essential program especially to foods operators and handler as it provides the foundation for the development and implementation of successful Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) as well as an assurance of food safety. It includes many basic operational conditions and procedures that are required to be met by the food business.
Organic Standards by BioGro New Zealand
Our organic certification is audited by BioGro New Zealand. BioGro NZ is the largest certification body in New Zealand and is accredited to various international regulations such as IFOAM, Canada organic, JAS organic and ISO65. It has a history of 35 years in organic certification
Halal Standards by JAKIM
Radiant Whole food products are certified Halal by Jakim (Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia) a recognized and authorized body to certify food products Halal in Malaysia.
