How to cook:

Cooking Ingredients:

• Radiant Happiness Noodle 500g
• Lettuce, Shredded
• Carrot, Shredded
• Red cabbage, Shredded
• Dried tofu, Shredded
• Green onion, Shredded
• Mushroom, Shredded
• Ginger paste & garlic paste

Step 1 (A)

1. Boil Happiness noodle.
2. Drain and toss with a little extra virgin olive oil, sesame oil, shoyu.

Step 2 (B)

1. Stir-fry ginger paste, garlic paste with sesame oil before adding mushrooms.
2. Add black soy sauce, shoyu and white pepper powder to enhance the taste.

Step 3

1. Mix A, B, shredded vegetables, cooked dried tofu and enjoy the tasty noodle!
