Also known as wheat berries, this grain is completely unprocessed wheat that contains all parts of the seed: the germ, the bran, and the endosperm. This means the complete nutrition from all of the whole grain’s minerals, phytochemicals, and vitamins is retained.

Sprout Your Grains

Place about a cup of wheat grain in a large jar and rinse with warm water. Then, add fresh warm water to the jar, making sure your seed is covered with water about an inch over the grains. Soak the seeds overnight or for up to 24 hours.

Uses: 
-Home milling to flour
-Presoak for cooking 
-Sprout into wheat grass for juice
-Add to rice porridge

Storage: 
Store in a cool dry place. Keep refrigerated once opened.
