This gluten free bread mix is free from egg, dairy and soy that kneads and taste like a real wheat based dough. Baking this bread is simple and have the flexibility to make the traditional way or using bread maker as pizza bases, bagels, ciabatta,
Method: Mix dry yeast (provided in the pack), 2 tblsp (40ml) vegetable oil &
1 pkt of Crusty Bread Mix until dough is formed. Set aside, & sprinkle
dusting powder onto floured board & knead till dough is smooth. Cut
dough into halves (if required) & placed onto a lined tray. Brush oil
to prevent cracking. Makes 2 loaves.
Ingredients: Corn starch, rice flour, modified starch (tapioca, corn), yeast, thickeners, psyllium husk, dextrose monohydrate. iodised salt, vegetable gum & emulsifier
